Senior Secruity Engineer (/m/f/d)

• collaborate with product and platform teams to design and implement security solutions
• manage and analyze bug bounty findings and support teams in resolving identified risks
• train software engineers in vulnerability analysis, secure development practices and secure AI usage
• develop automated security testing procedures for code builds, deployments and delivery pipelines
• create and maintain guidelines for IT security, security testing and security tooling
• promote secure web application and cloud platform standards across products and teams
• communicate security risks and mitigation strategies while driving adoption of modern security technologies

Was du mitbringst:

• minimum 4+ years of professional experience in IT security
• focus on web application security or cloud infrastructure security
• experience in application development with modern programming languages, scripting languages and frameworks
• deep expertise in security challenges related to containers, distributed systems, large-scale web applications and AI systems
• strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics convincingly
• experience delivering talks, workshops and security awareness initiatives
