Begeistere gemeinsam mit uns Menschen weltweit mit unseren köstlichen Kaffeespezialitäten und werde Teil unseres engagierten Teams.Deine AufgabenAs our Senior Service Technician, you’ll be a key technical contact for ICS and a first level support for the local organization.In this role, you will:Execute Service orders as received by central planning team.Perform Installation and commissioning of coffee machines.Perform operator training on the coffee machine and attachments.Prepare coffee recipes and machine programming.Perform Planned Maintenance on coffee machines.Perform Reactive Maintenance.Prepare technical reports (customer service report) for each service order.Ensures first level support for the local field service.Ensures practical training of technicians in the field.Technically guidance of technicians including guided visits.Ensures best-practice-sharing between technicians.Ensures high quality issues to headquarters.Supports service initiatives by account managers, customers, service technicians and partners.Ensures service concept is maintained in the field.Employes train-the-trainer concept.Provide recommendations of product improvement.Provide clear feedback to customer on reason for service visit.Participates After-hours on-call roster.Participation in training, conferences, and trade fairs.Communicator to ICS team.Dein ProfilAbout YouApprenticeship in mechanical and/or electrical trade.Skills in hydraulic, mechanics and electronics.Advanced skills in standard computer applications.Skills to train others on the job.Minimum 3 years’ experience as a service technician.Willingness to travel multiple days at a time.Customer orientated, friendly, communicative.Participation in a training course and regular meetings with ICSMaintains up to date information about all technical developments.Taking part in a regular Senior Technician meeting with ICSTaking part in any kind of training update.Unser Angebot - Das bieten wir dirAs an international family business with many years of experience, it is important to us that you feel at home in the Melitta family.What’s in It for YouCompetitive Salary Range 95k - 110k + contributions to your superAccess to our EAP wellbeing programStructured onboarding, support and ongoing trainingFull technical training on Melitta coffee machines and systemsFully maintained Mercedes-Benz Vito service vehicleSupportive national service team and structured service processesOngoing technical support and developmentLong-term career growth opportunities within the Melitta GroupFree LinkedIn Learning courses (global partnership)Employee discounts on Melitta products
