Senior ServiceNow Developer

Role OverviewThe Senior ServiceNow Developer will lead the administration, enhancement, and sustainment of the ServiceNow platform supporting the ACJ6 mission. This role will oversee day-to-day O&M operations, ensuring platform reliability, security compliance, and continuous availability.

• Responsibilities include performing advanced administration, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow environments, developing custom applications, flows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations, and managing platform security.

Requirements

• Extensive experience administering and developing within ServiceNow in a federal or DoD enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes and hands‑on expertise with core ServiceNow modules and integrations
• Experience implementing and extending ITOM, Discovery, CMDB modeling, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification or higher
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• BA/BS + 7 or more years recent specialized experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance
