Responsibilities

This position works primarily on developing solutions as part of the Development team in an Agile format. Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) or custom application development.

• Lead, manage and support the ITSM Development Team.
• Collaborate with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot issues related to the ServiceNow Platform.
• Drive outcomes and work with development teams to innovate and resolve challenges.

Require proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, Jelly/XML, and ServiceNow platform features.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical training, certification(s), or degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience in ServiceNow development.
• Technical skills: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, Jelly/XML, and ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, SPM, and APM.
• US citizenship required.

Salary range: $136,000 - $184,000 (based on experience, location, and contractual requirements).
