Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• You implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• You ensure compliance with coding and design standards and document your solutions in a clear and traceable manner.
• You analyze existing applications, optimize them, and adapt them to new requirements.
• You support system testing and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and contribute to quality assurance.
• You actively participate in workshops, provide your technical perspective, and present implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SPM, IRM, or HRSD)
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (including data model, APIs, and development tools)
• Experience with web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON)
• At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and tailored to the audience
• Confident client-facing manner — both remotely and on-site.
