G2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join a major onshore wind repowering project in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned wind professional to play a key role in ensuring construction quality, compliance, and project delivery across a long-term renewable energy development. Working as the client's on-site representative, you will oversee critical construction activities, monitor contractor performance, conduct inspections, and provide detailed reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
