Than Q.ANT is a great opportunity for you as a Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to own our social media presence, grow our digital footprint across LinkedIn, X and beyond, and translate deep tech into engaging content for a global B2B audience.

As Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will own Q.ANT’s social media presence end-to-end and support the operative execution of the CEO’s personal social media channels in close coordination with the CEO Office. You’ll turn complex technical topics into clear, engaging storytelling that strengthens our brand positioning, visibility and business goals.

Your responsibilities:

• Own and coordinate content and channel strategy across Q.ANT’s social media and digital channels (LinkedIn today, with X, Instagram and YouTube to follow, plus newsletter and paid campaigns)
• Coordinate closely with the CEO Office on the operative execution of the CEO’s personal social media channels
• Manage and continuously optimize editorial calendars and oversee content production workflows
• Lead community management — responding to comments, messages and posts — across all social media channels
• Own Q.ANT’s broader digital marketing channels, including email marketing and paid campaigns across social, search and emerging AI-driven search engines
• Align content and channel initiatives with marketing, business development, hardware and software product management, and leadership to support strategic objectives
• Coordinate with external partners and agencies
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy; no formal people management responsibility, though you may guide working students on individual projects

Your Impact:

• Drive Q.ANT’s brand visibility and positioning through strategic, consistent, high-quality content
• Build and safeguard the CEO’s personal social media presence in coordination with the CEO Office
• Expand Q.ANT’s digital footprint and inbound reach through paid campaigns and email marketing
• Translate complex technology topics into clear, engaging communication for different audiences
• Support lead generation and employer branding through targeted content initiatives
• Ensure a professional, cohesive brand presence across all digital channels

Your profile

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, with a focus on B2B-relevant channels such as LinkedIn, X and beyond
• Experience creating content for multiple formats and channels (e.g.social media, newsletters)
• Experience with email marketing and paid social campaigns
• Experience in community management (responding to comments and direct messages) on social media platforms
• Ideally, experience in B2B, tech, or innovation-driven environments

Technical knowledge:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially B2B channels like LinkedIn and X
• Knowledge of content strategy, storytelling and product communication
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and content optimization
• Understanding of brand aesthetics, positioning and tone of voice
• Knowledge of paid social and search advertising, and email marketing best practices
• Ability to adapt content to different target audiences

Tools & platforms:
Canva; ideally HubSpot (social media management, planning and distribution, and email marketing); native platform analytics tools; paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Languages:
Fluent in English and German
