Senior Software Developer - Localization

Senior Software Developer (ERP): Developing and localizing cloud-based ERP and CRM applications using Microsoft technologies with an accent on .NET framework and SQL performance. Focus on engineering robust, scalable business solutions, designing data access layers, and collaborating with international partners to meet regional legal requirements.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite)

What you will do

• Design and develop business applications and core system customizations.
• Build and maintain data access layers, business objects, and presentation interfaces.
• Optimize and refactor existing code, performing complex query profiling and error correction.
• Collaborate with translation teams to expand and support internationalization tools.
• Research new ERP modules and prototype solutions using modern technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the global Acumatica development network.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in building business applications using .NET and C#.
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, including profiling and optimizing complex queries.
• Fluency in English is required; French proficiency is considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and complex system architecture.
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with complex business software such as ERP, CRM, or Financial systems.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with the French language.
• Prior experience in large-scale cloud-based software development.
