Senior Software Developer

Zardoshti Ventures is hiring a Senior Software Developer for its Digital Ventures division. SaaS and B2B platforms, e-commerce systems, and in-house ventures — built to run in production and to scale, not to demo.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate production systems end to end.
• Own architecture decisions and their consequences.
• Work across client engagements and the firm's own ventures.
• Keep systems instrumented, auditable, and maintained after launch.

Requirements:

Every role requires a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience and a university degree, and eligibility to work in Germany.

• Production ownership of systems you designed, not only contributed to.
• Comfort operating without a large team around you.

The role is remote within Germany and offered on a full-time basis.
