Senior Software Engineer – AI Agents

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the architecture of LLM-based automations.
• Setting up and fine‑tuning LLMs, embeddings, and multimodal models.
• Using scripting to integrate with systems that lack modern APIs.
• Translating vague requirements into production‑ready systems.
• Prototyping new approaches and evaluating emerging technologies.
• Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and client teams.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLMs, fine‑tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with GDPR requirements.
• Knowledge of Vertex AI, Bedrock, or containerized ML infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solution‑oriented with strong communication skills.
