Senior Software Engineer / AI Enabler (m/f/d)

In this role you will strengthen our Product & Technology engine by applying an AI-first mindset to design, code, test, and deploy production-ready software. You will work on GenAI-enabled tooling and workflows that boost engineering productivity across a large, established organization. You’ll coach teams on AI usage, establish repeatable patterns, and drive a culture of continuous learning. • Work on real product codebases (TypeScript/Node/Next.js or Java/Spring) to build and improve products
• Develop AI-powered internal tools and workflows used by engineers daily
• Coaching teams on GenAI usage, sharing patterns and anti-patterns, and promoting AI-first ways of working
• Run small, data-informed experiments, measure results, and convert successful approaches into standards and playbooks
• Contribute to design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations with an AI-first lens

• 5+ years building production systems
• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js/Next.js or Java/Spring Boot
• Proven track record in large, existing codebases and delivering well-tested features
• Experience using GenAI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, OpenAI Codex)
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI)
• Strong communication and ability to influence and align stakeholders
• Curious, growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn in public
