Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Developing new features and enhancements for a product, leading projects from planning to delivery with an accent on end-to-end web application development and production services. Focus on leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and ensuring high-performance multi-tier web applications with REST APIs and optimized database operations.

Location: Hybrid in Morgan Hill, California for San Francisco Bay Area candidates, otherwise remote from California, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Texas, or Washington (US only) .

Salary: $135,000–$175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Develop new features and enhancements for the product as part of a squad.
• Lead projects from the planning phase through to successful delivery.
• Design, build, and operate production services and high-performance multi-tier web applications, including REST APIs.
• Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and review AI-generated code for quality and standards.
• Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplined team including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Operate in a fast-moving environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience .
• Strong understanding of building end-to-end web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience leading engineering projects and providing technical leadership to a team.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
• Experience working with AI coding tools like Cursor & Claude Code.
• Must be eligible to work in the US .

Nice to have

• Experience with container services such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with PubSub/Eventing patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
