Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you join an agile software team at KLA’s MACH group, solving complex process-control challenges for semiconductor manufacturing. You’ll implement high-quality software on the .NET stack while exploring modern web tech to broaden capabilities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teammates to continuously improve delivery speed and technical debt management. The role offers exposure to advanced patterning analytics, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.

• Participate in an agile team (up to 8 people) including developers, testers, a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and requirements engineer
• Implement creative software solutions for semiconductor customers
• Shape working environment and processes toward continuous improvement
• Maintain and evolve software using the .NET stack (C#, .NET 6, WPF, gRPC, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, MS-SQL) with growing use of React

• Software development experience or degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
