The Opportunity

Join a growing technology company building backend platforms that support core workflows used daily by internal and external teams.

This role focuses on designing and maintaining well-structured backend systems that operate reliably at scale. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on shared services and platforms that prioritise simplicity, clarity and long-term maintainability.

Rather than delivering isolated features, you’ll contribute to foundational backend components that underpin multiple products and teams across the organisation.

About the Role

They are looking for backend-focused Software Engineers to help evolve core systems that support data-driven software.

You’ll work across backend services, internal tooling and deployment workflows, helping teams build, operate and iterate on software efficiently. Engineers are encouraged to collaborate, take ownership of defined technical areas and contribute to architectural discussions.

The work combines new development with thoughtful improvement of existing systems, with a strong emphasis on reliability, readability and sustainable design.
