Senior Software Engineer – Orchestration, Job Execution

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver backend services, APIs, workers, and shared libraries
• Build and improve systems for orchestrating work across services
• Develop reliable asynchronous and event-driven systems
• Work on distributed execution flows across platform services
• Build and maintain cloud-native runtime infrastructure
• Improve production reliability through metrics and monitoring

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience building backend services using TypeScript/Node.js
• Experience designing and operating asynchronous, queue-driven, or event-driven systems
• Experience working with durable persistence, service contracts, RESTful APIs
• Experience with production systems including containers, Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
• Strong production engineering ownership
• Ability to lead design discussions and mentor other engineers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
