My name is Sabrina Ramonov and I teach millions of people AI for free. My background's Computer Science & Physics from UC Berkeley, and I scaled Blotato to thousands of customers, solo. Now I'm hiring because I've been growing insane with the AI agent craze! I sold my first AI company for $10M+ at age 30 and made Forbes 30 Under 30. We had built a realtime speech recognition system (pre-Whisper days), which assisted people realtime on a live call (HMM-DNN models, self-hosted asterisk VoIP, custom drivers to grab audio streams, etc.) Right now, Blotato is an API/MCP layer for all things social - scheduling, comments, analytics, DM automations - which means the majority of work is backend: scaling queues, improving reliability, adding integrations, designing robust scheduling, improving observability and debugging, sync mirrors, and chasing uptime metrics. 80% of your time will be spent here. The other 20% of your time - improving Blotato's video template engine - which is a mini compiler in disguise, allowing users to create visuals, like cool videos and carousels. My long term vision: I believe LLMs will remain best at orchestration, while deep capabilities are delegated to experts; Blotato serves as the "expert" for managing a business's brand, marketing, and socials (the things that actually keep your business alive).
