Senior Solution Analyst

We are seeking a senior Solution Analyst to work closely with the client's development team, translating business needs into technical specifications, API design, and architecture planning within Data, Digital, and AI projects.

The role involves defining requirements, API interfaces, and collaborating with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and implement them (user stories, APIs, acceptance criteria).
• Define requirements and API interfaces.
• Collaborate with offshore teams.
• Engage in architecture planning and API design.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in requirements specification (functional + technical) in development projects.
• Strong API understanding (REST, integrations) and ability to describe interfaces to developers.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
• Self‑driven and organized work approach.

Location: Hybrid, based in Helsinki or Oulu, with travel as needed.
