Senior Solution Architect - Demand/Supply/ Merchandise Planning/Retail

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead end-to-end design and implementation of Blue Yonder solutions within medium to large supply chain transformation programs. You will collaborate with customer business and IT teams, mentor junior staff, and align product capabilities with client needs. You’ll influence project decisions in meetings with stakeholders and work with Product Management on future enhancements. • Own end-to-end solution design and implementation of Blue Yonder products
• Collaborate with customer business and IT teams across all project phases
• Provide leadership to functional teams during the implementation cycle
• Participate in key stakeholder meetings as a functional and industry expert
• Coordinate with Product Management on trends and future functionality
• Mentor junior associates within Blue Yonder
• Assist pre-sales in workload assessment and role recommendations

• 8+ years in Supply Chain/Retail (e.g., Softline, Grocery, Wholesale, FMCG, CPG)
• Strong understanding of planning and retail processes (demand management, supply chain optimization, replenishment, category management, assortment optimization)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Hands-on experience with modern SCM applications (BlueYonder/i2/Manugistics, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, o9, Quintiq, or similar)
• Business-level English (spoken and written)
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Europe
• Right to live and work in the EU
