Verantwortungsbereiche

Deliver tailored demonstrations that show how AI-driven talent workflows solve client problems
Co-design solutions with clients, mapping current state to AI-enabled outcomes
Act as a trusted technical translator between executive vision and practical data, integrations, and automation discussions
Identify business and technical requirements and articulate why Cornerstone outperforms legacy systems
Build lasting client relationships through clear communication and follow-ups
Contribute insights to product and professional services to align solutions and RFP responses
Keep up-to-date on HR, AI, and enterprise architecture trends to stay prepared in conversations

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or related client-facing roles or proven track record
Interest and knowledge in HR software and talent management ecosystems
Fluency with AI in daily work and understanding of AI agents and automation
Builder mindset with ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Strong communication and analytical skills for both hands-on users and executives
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and time management
Strong collaboration across teams with many stakeholders
Fluency in English and at least one local language
