Your Job Description

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of complex digital software projects, from initial concept through to successful implementation
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and building long‑term partnerships
• Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Contribute to the strategic development and continuous improvement of selected digital solutions

Your qualification profile

• Proven experience managing digital or software projects in a client‑facing role
• A hands‑on mindset with the ability to take ownership and make things happen
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse, international teams
• Solid understanding of agile ways of working and modern project methodologies
• Interest in innovative technologies or experience in science, healthcare, or similar fields is a plus
