Negotiates, establishes, monitors and enforces supplier contracts and agreements.* Identify supply base risk and develop/implement mitigation plans including market assessments, supplier's financial assessments, social responsibility, environment, ethics etc.* Obtain and communicate market condition information and technology trends related to commodities and suppliers. Utilize market trends to identify and implement appropriate cost controls and business strategy changes.* Lead the development and implementation of strategies and goals for assigned commodities in support of overall divisional business objectives.* Create and implement enterprise wide metrics, tools and processes to optimize sourcing and supplier activities.* Communicate key supplier management updates and decisions to multiple levels in the organization including Executive Leadership.**What you need-*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field, required* 7+ years in Supply Management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development, highly preferred* Engineering/technical background, highly preferred* Knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration* Knowledge of continuous improvement and cost reduction methodologies* Experience with supplier metrics & measurement methodologies and supporting systems.* Strong skills in leadership, negotiations, influencing, communication & presentation, project management, troubleshooting & problem solving, analysis, strategic thinking, and collaborative team building.* Strong judgment with the ability to make and communicate timely and sound decisions* Fluent language skills in German and English speaking and writing* Valid car driving liscence class B* Diversity is important to us.
