Senior Sourcing Manager – Sourcing Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Sourcing analytics agenda and own the MOR process
• Ensure leadership is equipped with predictive insights and high-fidelity reporting to drive continuous improvement in service, quality, and timeliness
• Define and execute the roadmap for integrating Gen AI and Agentic AI into our workflow
• Proactively anticipate the needs of leadership by bridging the gap between raw data and business strategy
• Apply high-level evaluative judgment to diagnose systemic issues
• Champion cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
• Significant, demonstrable experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain Analytics, or Commercial Operations
• Proven track record of leading executive-level operating reviews and influencing organizational strategy
• High proficiency in data modeling, spend analytics, and translating complex datasets into clear, executive narratives
• Demonstrated experience in the application of Lean principles and tools
• Fluency in English with superior verbal and written communication skills.
