Overview

In this role you will help steer TRATON’s R&D funding and Capex planning to meet group targets, shaping long-, mid-, and short-term investment cycles. You will partner with cross-brand and cross-functional teams to develop harmonized controlling processes and deliver decision-ready reporting for executive committees. You’ll enhance the system landscape to support Group planning and provide insights from complex financial data. This position offers impact at a global scale within a leading transport group that drives sustainable mobility.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Manage and steer project funding demands for R&D and Capex to ensure target alignment
Steer strategic planning cycles for R&D and Capex across the TRATON Group
Prepare decision-making documents and performance reports for cross-functional committees and the Executive Board
Support development and implementation of harmonized controlling processes for R&D/Capex planning, steering, and reporting
Act as trusted partner for cross-functional and cross-brand controlling and product management teams
Further develop the system landscape to optimize Group planning processes
