JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage, analyze, and steer the entire project funding demands (product portfolio) for R&D and Capex to ensure compliance with the group-wide targets
• Steer the TRATON groups strategic long-, mid- and short-term planning cycles for R&D and Capex
• Prepare decision-making documents and performance reports, including quantitative and qualitative assessments for cross-functional committees and the TRATON Executive Board
• Support in the development and implementation of harmonized controlling processes and standards for R&D and Capex planning, steering and reporting
• Act as trusted & competent partner for the cross-functional and cross-brand controlling and product management team
• Further development of the system landscape to support and optimize the TRATON Group planning processes

Profile description

• University degree in economics, business or comparable qualification
• Proactive and open mindset combined with a high degree of personal initiative
• Ability to combine a big picture perspective with attention to details
• Strong analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of complex financial data and provision of insightful recommendations
• Service mindset, solution orientation and learning attitude are equally important as some practical experience
• Comfortable to work independently while interacting with senior leaders
• Strong social & English communication skills to foster cross-functional and international collaboration
