Senior Specialist Group Technical Operations Controlling

In this role within Group Controlling, you will drive production cost controlling, including forecasting, reporting, and capitalizing on cost transparency across production sites. You will develop and refine controllers’ tools and frameworks to measure working capital performance and support cash conversion improvements. You will deliver Gross Profit reporting, ensuring management can make informed decisions with solid analyses, and you will partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable insights. This position offers a chance to shape financial processes across departments, leveraging IT to support digitalization and cross-functional collaboration.

• Forecast and report production costs and net working capital
• Provide cost reporting platform and performance measurements for all production sites
• Develop tools and guidance for accurate cost accounting and financial improvements
• Contribute to Gross Profit reporting, forecasting, and strategy
• Support the digitalization of controlling processes and IT-enabled analytics
• Collaborate with business sectors and senior leadership to translate analyses into recommendations

• Experience in production controlling or related functions
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Comfort explaining complex topics to senior leadership
• Ability to drive finance projects across departments
