Senior Specialist Manufacturing Planning (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead the onsite implementation of manufacturing processes and lean-driven improvements. You will partner on projects to introduce efficient production setups for new programs, ensuring quality standards and KPI tracking. You’ll train teams in lean methods, support change management, and help optimize the production system. • Lead on-site implementation of manufacturing processes and documentation per PLC requirements
• Apply Lean Principles and drive Change Management through training and coaching
• Manage end-to-end production process introductions for new projects (DFM-based) from offer to trial run
• Monitor post-SOP manufacturing processes against customer quality standards
• Analyze and report process KPIs from development through EOP
• Lead cross-functional development of sections and staff
• Train and mentor on Lean principles, production processes and new equipment
• Coordinate optimization projects in the Manufacturing Department
• Oversee release of PFMEA, Control plan, layout, and process flow documentation
• Support audits of manufacturing processes and products

• Bachelor in Production and Logistics or comparable
• At least 5 years of Lean implementation experience in industry
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
