• Manage communication technology projects with cross-functional coordination
• Monitor trends in Corporate Communications and assess relevance for target groups
• Define, track and optimize performance metrics for digital channels
• Own, develop and govern TRATON’s UX/UI toolkit with Brand Management and IT
• Identify and implement AI-powered functionalities to enhance communication processes and user experiences

• At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications or similar in an international organization
• Strong expertise in communication technologies, digital platforms, IT tools and CMS
• Proven project management, cross-functional stakeholder management and budget steering experience
• Collaborative, proactive and adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Fluency in English and German
