Senior Specialist, POM Product Analyst

As Senior Specialist, POM Product Owner in the Trustee & Depositary (T&D) team, you help shape future state capabilities for the Shadow NAV product set and drive enhancements from a product-led perspective. You support the Product Owner with user stories, backlog refinement, and prioritisation to enable timely delivery. You gather stakeholder input to define requirements and contribute to standardising German T&D processes within the global product suite. You leverage data and trends to inform decisions, and explore AI-enabled improvements to delivery and ways of working.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver future state capabilities and enhancements for Shadow NAV
• Support day-to-day product ownership activities: writing user stories, backlog refinement, prioritisation, and providing clarity to the Scrum team
• Contribute to defining product requirements by gathering input from stakeholders, delivery teams, and data sources
• Support standardisation and optimisation of German Trustee & Depositary processes in line with the global T&D product suite
• Monitor business, operational, and product trends to inform decisions and prioritisation
• Track and analyse delivery and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare concise updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders about progress, risks, and outcomes
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Analyst colleagues for joined-up delivery and awareness of dependencies
• Bring curiosity and energy, proposing tools, automation, and AI to improve delivery effectiveness
• Support meaningful, large-scale transformation through product-led delivery

• Experience in product-led or agile delivery environments with cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret information from multiple sources
