Senior Specialist — Switching Processes – Smart Meter

Stellenbeschreibung:

• You prepare and process INVOIC messages and analyze and manage billing processes
• You ensure timely invoicing and perform checks and plausibility validations of billing data
• You independently handle invoice disputes and any resulting clearing cases
• You analyze and resolve INVOIC errors in day-to-day operations
• You are responsible for processing and monitoring all market communication processes according to WiM and GPKE
• You manage electronic data exchange with market partners
• You coordinate the resolution of rejected processes with market partners
• You serve as a point of contact for our market partners via email and phone
• You optimize system and process issues and develop sustainable solution proposals

Requirements

You have relevant professional experience in the energy sector — further training as an Energiefachwirt (energy specialist) or a degree is a plus but not required
Ideally, you have industry-specific knowledge of supplier switching (GPKE) or metering point operation (WiM)
You are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy diving into complex cases to solve them
You think outside the box and are eager to question and improve existing processes
You have very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
You are solution‑oriented, enjoy trying new approaches, and are confident making decisions
Customer service experience is a plus
