Join our team and be part of innovative solutions that drive positive change in the transportation industry.For our headquarter in Düsseldorf, we are looking for aSenior Specialist Total Rewards (m/f/d)to support global compensation and benefits activities working closely with HR and other internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport salary reviews, incentive plans, promotions and job evaluationsContribute to global job architecture, compensation frameworks and Total Rewards initiativesConduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses and prepare reports, dashboards and presentationsSupport French compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal and collective requirementsMonitor regulatory changes and derive recommendations for necessary adjustmentsEnsure adherence to internal policies, maintain documentation and support audits and internal controlsAdvise and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll and Finance on Total Rewards topicsYour ProfileDegree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable fieldAt least three years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environmentGood knowledge of French compensation and benefits, with willingness to further develop expertiseSolid analytical skills, including Excel; experience with Workday or similar tools is an advantageAbility to work with data and support the preparation of clear, actionable recommendationsStructured, solution-oriented working style with good communication skillsComfortable in a multicultural, international environment with high integrity and discretionVery good English skills and good French skills are required for this role; German skills at B1 level or higher support day-to-day collaborationYour BenefitsDiverse and responsible position in a global and innovative company in a sustainable industryHybrid working and modern working environmentBenefits such as company pension schemes, supplementary health insurance, job bike and share program for employeesStructured induction phase and a large number of further training opportunitiesCooperation with the pme family serviceCertified with the berufundfamilie quality sealCertified Top Employer Germany 2026Your contact personBlazek, Mario
