Senior Specialist Workplace Mgmt - Multimedia Innovation, Stds & Special Projects Support (m/f/d)

In this role you will help shape multimedia standards and reusable service models within Adidas’ Workplaces function. You collaborate across events, operations and projects to translate learnings into documentation and improvements. You support pilots, proof-of-concepts and new workplace technology use cases, ensuring smooth handover to ongoing service delivery. You will contribute to technical validation, readiness and knowledge content, enhancing user experience and service quality. • Develop and improve multimedia standards, checklists, documentation templates and readiness criteria
• Support special projects, pilots and new workplace technology use cases across event, operations and project environments
• Contribute to project delivery through technical validation, acceptance input, documentation quality and handover
• Support Projects & Integration with feedback, readiness, and operational lessons learned from live services
• Assist Operations with lifecycle data, service documentation, room/system validation and standardization improvements
• Support Event Services with space standards, readiness validation and pilot events
• Translate operational findings into improvement proposals, knowledge articles and stakeholder-ready documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers on technical inputs while keeping governance with the service owner

• More than 3 years of professional multimedia experience
• Experience in multimedia operations, AV integration, workplace technology projects and service documentation
• Training in AV-related technologies (beneficial) such as AVIXA CTS, Dante, Teams Rooms, Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Yamaha, AV-over-IP, LED systems
• Strong technical curiosity and structured working style
• Good understanding of AV/multimedia systems, collaboration tech, digital signage, room standards and signal flow
• Ability to create and maintain technical standards and handover documents
• Strong collaboration skills across various stakeholders
• Business English required; German beneficial for local delivery
