As a Senior Staff Engineer for Automotive Microcontroller Tool Development and Digitalization (f/m/div) on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand‑in‑hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting‑edge designs, all while building long‑lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Key Responsibilities

• As a product owner you are responsible for the development and maintenance of tools for embedded microcontrollers to enable new customers to evaluate the powerful architecture of automotive microcontrollers.
• You are responsible for driving the creation of training material, code examples, low‑cost boards, software low‑level driver and other collaterals and tools needed by the broader market.
• Collect, consolidate and assess tool requirements from stakeholders distributed over several countries considering our ease‑of‑use guidelines and cost‑to‑benefit conditions.
• Create new ideas for tool improvements.
• Verify tool deliveries against requirements.
• Maintain information transfer of tooling solutions towards internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in electronical engineering, information technology, or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years working experience in the embedded microcontroller context as application engineer or software developer.
• A solid background in embedded microcontroller and related toolchains.
• Work experience in an agile project environment.
• Project management skills are an advantage.
• Customer oriented mindset.
• Love to work in distributed international teams.
• Very good English language skills; German language is an advantage.
