Senior Staff Specialist Business Development (f/m/div)

As Senior Staff Specialist Business Development, you drive revenue growth for Infineon’s defense portfolio across EMEA. You work closely with sales, product lines, and customers to transform products into tailored defense solutions, shaping the aerospace and defense strategy. You analyze market data, support pricing and quoting, and build collateral to accelerate design wins. You will operate in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment to deliver measurable impact and long-lasting partnerships.

• Support the go-to-market strategy in EMEA for the defense business
• Build market models from data sources (reports, dashboards, funnel) to identify growth opportunities
• Provide up-to-date business analytics for internal reports and Bluebook presentations
• Engage with internal stakeholders across sales and distribution channels
• Contribute to pricing guidelines and support negotiations and quoting
• Engage with key customers to strengthen relationships and shape defense strategy
• Collaborate with Product Lines and regional marketing on defense applications and collateral
• Maximize design wins and revenue across all EMEA defense customers

• 5+ years in product management, business development, customer engagement, or data analysis in tech
• Proven familiarity with Infineon’s portfolio and ability to develop expertise from customer requirements
• Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented
• Experience in cross-functional teams and customer engagement
• Knowledge of Infineon’s network and procedures with a strategic, business-oriented view
• Willingness to travel internationally and engage key customers
• Experience in customer relationship and portfolio management
• Ability to develop and deploy data management systems
• Excellent communication in German and English; French/Italian a plus
