Senior Staff Specialist Digital Content Management (f/m/div)

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain content standards, structures, and governance—driving compliance with best practices to guarantee quality and consistency across channels and outputs.
  • Design and manage a library of flexible, reusable content modules that serve as building blocks for documents, digital publications, web templates, and more, collaborating with digital product and platform teams to enable automated, template‑driven assembly for rapid multichannel delivery.
  • Develop and oversee robust metadata models, covering both inherent (type, purpose, classification) and transactional (versioning, lifecycle, usage context) metadata.
  • Establish clear guidelines for efficient tagging, structuring, and ongoing maintenance of modular content assets.
  • Partner with authors, editors, subject‑matter experts, and technical teams to modularize new and legacy content, optimizing every piece for maximum impact and reuse.
  • Lead and support the implementation and continuous improvement of PIM, CMS, and CCMS platforms.
  • Monitor and continuously refine content quality, standardization, and reuse metrics, contributing to the evolution of the content architecture and governance processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Science, Technical Communication, Content Strategy, or a related field, with a strong track record in Digital Publishing.
  • Expertise in content management, structured/modular content, and component‑based content strategies—including ownership of metadata models and taxonomies.
  • Experience in electronics or semiconductors (preferred).
  • Proven ability to translate complex, technical information into scalable, reusable content components.
  • Highly analytical, organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about operational excellence.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience leading and influencing cross‑functional, technical, editorial, and platform teams.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
