This is not a transactional sales role focused on volume. It is a senior account leadership position responsible for helping customers build long-term strategies, realize measurable value, and grow their partnership with HERE over multiple years.

As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will help customers move from strategic ideas to measurable outcomes while shaping long-term partnerships that create value for both customers and HERE. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, data, technology, location intelligence, and AI.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across DACH.
• Develop multi-year customer roadmaps that align HERE capabilities with business priorities.
• Build trusted relationships across operational teams, technical stakeholders, business leaders, and executive sponsors by understanding customer priorities and aligning stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities across products, use cases, and business units by understanding customer priorities, challenges, and long-term business goals.
• Develop quantified business cases that connect technology investments to measurable outcomes.
• Lead complex commercial discussions, renewals, retention strategies, and negotiations while balancing customer value, long-term partnership objectives, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional HERE teams to support customer success and account growth.
• Navigate enterprise buying environments involving IT, architecture, security, procurement, legal, compliance, finance, and operational leaders.
• Bring customer insights back into HERE to influence account strategy and market execution.
• Use AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly to improve planning, preparation, and account execution.

Who are you?

• Experience successfully owning and expanding complex strategic enterprise accounts within DACH.
• Strong track record selling enterprise software, SaaS, data, platform, AI, mobility, logistics, industrial technology, or comparable technology solutions.
• Experience with, familiarity with, or a strong understanding of how location intelligence creates value within customers' core business processes and operations.
• Ability to manage long, consensus-led enterprise decision processes.
• Experience building executive relationships and leading complex commercial negotiations.
• Capability to develop strategic account plans, business cases, and long-term growth strategies.
• Strong German and English communication skills.
• Ability to travel within DACH consistent with company policy.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, transportation, mobility, fleet, supply chain, industrial software, enterprise applications, or related ecosystems.
• Familiarity with data platforms, cloud technologies, AI-enabled solutions, or APIs.
• Experience working through partners and ecosystem-led sales motions.
• Established relationships within target enterprise industries.

The role is posted in Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt am Main areas.
