Senior Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and oversight of clients and projects
• Development of strategies for brand, communication, campaigns, organization and operating models
• Ensuring alignment between client objectives and creative outputs and providing advisory support
• Leading consulting projects and building and maintaining client relationships according to their needs and objectives
• Translating business goals into operational social media measures and coordinating schedules and resources in project management
• Reviewing deliverables, conducting strategy workshops (including with top management) and supporting new‑business activities and pitches

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a marketing agency or consulting firm and a completed bachelor’s degree (ideally with a focus on marketing and/or digitalization)
• Solid knowledge of marketing strategy, brand management, digital transformation and concept development
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with strong ability to develop insights, frameworks and creative concepts
• Broad cross‑channel know‑how (social, brand, digital, performance, business)
• Experience supervising and mentoring Associates or Strategists
• High drive and sense of ownership, a proactive mindset and strong communication, teamwork and prioritization skills, including fluent German and English
