Senior Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you shape Heraeus Electronics’ global strategy toward 2030 by driving market insight, scenario analyses, and strategic roadmaps. You collaborate with the Global Head of Finance and the President of Heraeus Electronics to steer long-term direction and M&A activity across regions. You’ll lead the Strategy Process, translate priorities into actionable plans, and ensure alignment across the organization. • Monitor global market and technology trends, competitor activities, and performance across regions
• Lead strategic analyses, scenarios, and recommendations for the Global Leadership Team
• Coordinate and govern the Strategy Process and 2030 Target Picture development
• Shape strategic roadmaps and priorities, ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Manage and translate M&A activities from target screening to PMI into actionable roadmaps
• Maintain a transparent pipeline and drive strategic communications and milestone tracking across the organization

• 5+ years of relevant experience in tier-1 strategy consulting or corporate strategy/business development in industrial, automotive, or semiconductor sectors
• Experience working with global leadership teams in multi-regional settings
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking for complex challenges
• Comfort interfacing from shop floor to C-level with a cooperative, solution-oriented mindset
• Industry expertise in semiconductor or automotive environments is a strong advantage
• High initiative, ownership, and drive; business-fluent English; additional languages a plus
