About the Role

On behalf of an innovative and fast-growing technology company, I am currently looking for a Senior System Administrator / DevOps Specialist who wants to go beyond simply maintaining infrastructure—and instead actively shape and evolve it. This is not a traditional “keep-the-lights-on” IT role.

You’ll work in a modern, production-driven environment, where automation, performance, and reliability are critical—and where your ideas actually matter.

Deine Aufgaben

You will act as a key interface between IT Operations, Development, and Production, ensuring that systems are secure, scalable, and highly performant. At the same time, you’ll play a central role in driving automation and DevOps best practices forward.

Your responsibilities include:

Designing, building, and continuously improving modern IT infrastructures
Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments
Leveraging Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) for scalable and consistent environments
Working with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Implementing monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies
Ensuring system stability, availability, and security across the platform
Collaborating closely with development teams to enhance architecture and deployment workflows

In short: You make sure everything runs smoothly—and keeps getting better.

Dein Profil

Several years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer
Strong expertise in Linux environments, networking, and firewalls
Hands‑on experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructures is a plus
A structured, hands‑on mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
