Job Description

The role focuses on providing advanced second‑level support for secure remote access and VPN solutions within a highly regulated IT environment. The position involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing secure communication systems while ensuring compliance with strict security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle incoming incidents via phone and remote support in a second‑level support environment
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VPN and secure communication systems
• Support installation, configuration, and operation of secure remote access solutions
• Participate in change management processes, including planning, evaluation, and implementation of service changes
• Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities
• Maintain and continuously improve technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT service operations or administration
• At least 2 years of experience in incident management (2nd level support)
• Hands‑on experience with VPN technologies and secure communication solutions
• Experience with Windows operating systems administration
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based processes (ITIL Foundation preferred)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
