Senior Systems Engineer Japan (m/f/d) ComInt and C-ESM

In this role you will help keep complex ComInt and C-ESM systems running, delivering high-quality solutions to customers as part of a global engineering team. You will adapt system operation concepts to customer needs and perform root-cause analysis for FAT/SAT. You will provide 2nd level support during warranty or maintenance and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure successful program delivery in Japan. • Adapt and refine ComInt/C-ESM system operation concepts for customers
• Perform root-cause analysis and support FAT/SAT preparation
• Provide 2nd level technical support for deployed systems
• Organize product demonstrations with Application Engineering
• Manage change and maintain system documentation during projects
• Coordinate with Program/Project Management and Sales on technical questions
• Maintain close interfaces with partners and customers locally and with international teams
• Collaborate across development, integration, test, and production during the system lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, or scientific discipline or comparable qualification
• Experience with Systems Engineering or hardware/software development
• Ability to read and interpret System Design documents
• Basic knowledge of Communications Engineering, Signal Processing or RF technology
• Strong willingness to learn and attention to quality
• Business-level Japanese and working-level English for internal and customer interactions
