Role background

Our Talent Acquisition team is a global team of 130+ spread across Europe, Tokyo, and Tel Aviv. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to find exceptional talent for general and administrative functions—G&A. Ideal candidates have hired corporate, commercial, and specialist talent at big tech, high‑growth tech, or large enterprise organizations.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the project lead on recruitment for your hiring teams, plan a hiring roadmap, agree on processes, and train interviewers.
  • Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers, leveraging data and KPIs such as monthly fill rate, time to hire, and cost per hire.
  • Build relevant candidate pipelines and use talent‑acquisition tooling to improve funnel efficiency and candidate pass‑through.
  • Invent innovative ways to attract the best people globally while maintaining basic recruiting best practices.
  • Collaborate with a broader TA sub‑team and share ideas, wins, and solutions.
  • Partner with Employer Branding and other teams to promote opportunities through advertising, events, and social media.

Our humble expectations

  • Previous in‑house recruitment experience, ideally in big tech or large enterprise contexts.
  • Track record of hiring corporate, commercial, and specialist talent across G&A functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Policy, and Communications.
  • Confidence partnering with senior hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder groups and structured hiring processes in high hiring‑bar environments.
  • Advocacy for candidate experience excellence.
  • Comfortable collaborating in a fast‑paced international environment.
  • Ability to step into a fixed‑term role and create immediate impact with minimal ramp‑up.
  • Proactive and clear communication in English with stakeholders.
  • Data‑driven mindset and transparent sharing of pipeline insights and metrics.
