Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – GTM (m/f/x)

Description

As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a focus on Sales, Commercial & GTM , you are osapiens' talent engine behind our revenue organization. You sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales leadership, translating ambitious growth targets into a clear hiring strategy — finding, engaging, and closing the Account Executives, BDRs, and GTM talent who will drive osapiens' next stage of growth across international markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and other GTM roles – from intake to signed offer.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and Sales leadership on recruiting strategy, role scoping, market availability, and compensation benchmarking.
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing strategies (active sourcing, talent pools, market mapping) for hard-to-fill and growth-critical positions.
• Design and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, positioning osapiens as an employer of choice in the GTM space.
• Use recruiting data and metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, funnel conversion) to continuously improve your approach and report transparently to stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the broader People & Talent team to scale processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives for the GTM function.
• Bring expertise in international recruiting standards and help build out our recruiting infrastructure to support further growth across Europe and the US.

Your Experience

• Several years (5+) of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring for Sales, Commercial, or GTM roles – ideally within SaaS or fast-growing B2B environment.
• Experience recruiting for international, fast-growing organizations; familiarity with multiple European labor markets is a plus.
• Confident with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms (e.g. Pinpoint, Personio), and data-driven recruiting approaches.
• Strong affinity for AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g. AI sourcing, screening, or matching platforms), with a genuine interest in using new technology to work smarter, not just faster.
• Strong communication and advisory skills, comfortable engaging with Sales leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Independent, structured way of working, with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Fluent in English.
