Senior Talent Sourcer

In this role, you will identify and engage top talent for BCG’s EMESA consulting teams, partnering with local and regional recruiters to build strong, diverse pipelines. You will perform initial assessments and talent mapping to uncover niche profiles beyond keywords. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring with regional priorities, leveraging data to improve outcomes. The position offers impact across EMESA, contributing to strategic growth and transformation initiatives.

• Identify and engage exceptional talent through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with EMESA hiring priorities
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to uncover new pools
• Assess candidate backgrounds and potential fit from initial conversations
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to deliver pipelines
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Leverage data and sourcing technologies to improve recruitment outcomes
• Demonstrate resilience, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruitment Research, or related function
• Experience sourcing talent across functions, geographies, and levels of seniority
• Strong knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies (headhunting, mapping, market research, engagement)
• Strong candidate assessment skills against hiring requirements
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/platforms
• Fluency in English and German
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred
