Senior Tax Advisor

• Responsibility for your own client portfolio in tandem with a Junior Tax Advisor
• Holistic client support from tax return preparation and review to tax-strategic matters
• Capacity planning and task prioritization
• Line management and development of team members
• Expansion of client relationships and further development of the firm's positioning as tax experts
• Providing input and ideas for the further development of Vantoya

Requirements

• Qualified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Confident use of DATEV; ideally experience with pre-population / pre-filing tools
• Practical experience in Financial Accounting (FiBu), tax returns and annual financial statements
• Business development experience or an existing client portfolio is welcome but not required
• Interest in technology, digitalization and innovation in tax advisory
• Service-oriented personality, clear communication and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to keep an overview and to lead clearly
