Senior Tax Specialist (f/m/d)

As a Senior Tax Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for product taxation across AllianzGI fund products, ensuring tax compliance in investment countries and assessing the impact of tax changes. You will work within the Global Tax Function and contribute to harmonising tax processes across Europe and globally. Your role combines tax expertise with coordinating changes along the value chain and maintaining tax controls. This position offers the chance to shape how tax considerations drive product design and operations at AllianzGI.

• Act as SME on product tax topics for AllianzGI fund products (AIFs, UCITS, alternatives) for internal stakeholders and clients
• Analyse upcoming tax law changes and their impact on business and products
• Coordinate tax changes across the value chain and with service providers
• Manage and develop the Internal Control System for Taxation, designing and maintaining tax controls
• Support process harmonisation of tax processes at European and global levels

• Certified tax advisor
• Academic background or comparable qualifications
• 5–6 years in business consulting with strong Asset Management and Tax Operations knowledge (preferred)
• Knowledge of Investment Process and related taxation
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, relationship and stakeholder management
• Experience within Provider Oversight Models
• Fluent in German and English
