(Senior) Team Lead Data Analytics (all genders)

As a Senior Team Lead in Data Analytics, you will guide and grow Holidu’s analytics function at a pivotal growth moment. You’ll shape AI-native analytics, build scalable data products, and lead from the front to drive decisions that affect the P&L. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to transform questions into repeatable insights and collaborate with engineering and data science to elevate the analytics craft. This role combines leadership, hands-on analytics, and strategic influence in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

• Lead and develop the analytics team, setting high standards for technical and strategic impact
• Deeply engage in data exploration and agentic programming to define great analytics
• Define and implement AI-native analytics, workflows, tools and standards
• Turn recurring questions and broken workflows into scalable analytical products (conversational interfaces, automated insights, decision systems)
• Partner with stakeholders to shape product strategy, commercial planning, and multi-stakeholder decisions
• Shape the analytics function's direction as part of the BI leadership team, influencing strategy and governance
• Hire, coach, and develop talent to build a high-performance analytics culture

• 5+ years of data analytics experience
• Proven people management and talent development experience
• Strong collaboration and executive stakeholder communication
• Mission-driven, customer- and business-first approach with multi-stakeholder project management
• Excellent SQL and Python skills; data visualization skills; ability to build technical frameworks for business needs
• Active commitment to AI enablement and experience with Claude Code or similar tools
• Experience with AI-native analytics concepts and practical application in analytics work
