You will be responsible for Malopolskie, Podkarpackie, Swietokrzyskie and partialy Lubelskie.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provides technicalexpertiseto sales representatives, other salesfunctionsand customers.

• Provides technicalexpertisethrough sales presentations, product demonstrations,installationand maintenance of companyproducts

• May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and informationon specific applications

• Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products

• May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.

• Conducts on-site education andconsulting andsupports establishment and maintenance of customer relations withhealthcare professionals and organizations

• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Biomedical engineering or similar)

• Experience in a technical, clinical support, medical device, or other customer-facing healthcare environment.

• Hands–on experience with product support, troubleshooting, and customer training.

• Experience working directly with clinicians, hospital staff, or other healthcare stakeholders is strongly preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with documentation, compliance requirements, and approved internal systems such as CRM or service tools is also important.
