Senior Tech Recruiter (m/f/d)

In this role you lead end-to-end tech recruitment at SIXT, partnering with the Tech Sourcing team and recruitment partners to attract top engineers. You will manage candidate pipelines, optimize hiring strategies, and guide candidates through to contract. You’ll focus on a smooth, high-quality experience and keep KPI-driven performance at the fore. • Own end-to-end recruitment for SIXT's tech roles and set proactive hiring strategies
• Manage applicant tracking, screening, interviews, and drive to contract signature
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and monitor KPIs
• Create an engaging candidate experience and partner with department stakeholders
• Collaborate with Tech Sourcing team and external recruitment partners to build a talent pipeline

• Degree in a relevant field and proven professional experience in tech recruiting
• Tech savviness with knowledge of programming languages, tech stacks, and development roles
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with ability to shape growth of international tech team
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills in English and German
