Applike Group engineers talent for its high‑growth portfolio companies. As a Senior Technical TA Manager, you partner with senior leadership to source senior engineers and architects for companies such as adjoe, justDice, Sunday, and justtrack.

What you will do

Stakeholder management: Partner with MDs, Directors of Engineering & Product, and Founders to provide high‑level talent advisory.
Leverage Talent Intelligence: Use internal data to advise on hiring feasibility and organizational design.
Drive the hiring process: Align technical requirements with business goals and execute the full pipeline.
Link technical roadmaps and hiring needs.
Talent engagement: Creative networking, bespoke outreach, and recruitment marketing to attract senior talent globally.
Relocation & integration: Collaborate with internal teams to support international hires in Hamburg.
AI workflow: Use AI‑driven sourcing tools, participate in experimentation, and build new internal AI workflows.

Who you are

7+ years recruiting experience, with at least 2 years as a Senior Technical Recruiter in SaaS/Technology.
Technical background (e.g., Computer Science degree or former technical role).
Research‑driven sourcing mindset and relentless pursuit of talent.
Professional English communication skills; able to explain complex ideas to high‑level stakeholders.
Adaptable, results‑oriented culture; thrives in a high‑impact environment.
