Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Centers Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Execution: Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale customer deployments
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
• Manage Risk and Compliance: Proactively identify and resolve blockers, manage customer scope changes
• Customer Review: Review and interpret customer service orders, statements of work, and technical requirements
• Reviews: Coordinate hyperscale design reviews with customer engineering teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a technical program manager supporting data center construction or infrastructure program management
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including commissioning, power distribution, cooling systems, and rack-level fit-out environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional spheres of influence
• Innovate processes and excel in high-velocity, nebulous environments
